DGPS & Engineering Land Survey

Licensed surveyors, geodetic-grade DGPS receivers and disciplined field procedure — the ground truth beneath every credible map, boundary and engineering design.

Control is everything

Every accurate map begins on the ground. We establish DGPS control networks tied to national reference frames, densified with total-station traverses where canopy or construction blocks sky view — the same control that anchors our drone and LiDAR missions and stands scrutiny in audits and disputes.

Boundary, cadastral and plot work

Village-map digitization, plot demarcation, R&R plot layouts and possession surveys — combining legacy cadastral records (we digitize old CS sheets into editable GIS/CAD) with on-ground DGPS verification, so paper, database and ground finally agree.

Topographic & engineering surveys

Contour surveys for site development, L-sections and cross-sections for roads, canals and drains, river cross-sections for hydraulic studies, and as-built verification — delivered as clean DWG/SHP with survey reports your consultants accept without rework.

Frequently asked questions

Do you provide licensed surveyor certification?
Yes — field work is led by licensed surveyors and deliverables include signed survey reports where departmental submission requires it.
Can you verify or re-establish old plot boundaries?
Yes. We digitize the legacy cadastral sheet, transform it onto the modern grid, and verify/demarcate on ground with DGPS — resolving the gap between record and reality.
What equipment do you use?
Geodetic multi-band DGPS receivers and calibrated total stations; equipment lists and calibration certificates are provided with tender documentation on request.
How is pricing determined?
By area/length, terrain, required density and deliverables. Send the site KML and requirement through the RFP form for a quotation within one working day.

Have a site to map or a system to build?

Send the location and requirement — quotation within one working day.
